Using data in a highlighted cell

OK this is what I am trying to do..

Have the user click on a cell,

Click on a macro button that will bring
up a simple promt box asking for a value.

Take the number from the input box and subtract it from the highlighted cell.

Then display the new number in the highlighted cell.

Any help on this would be great.

Yup, I'd like to look at this just now, but I'm a bit busy.

My suggestion is to repost this in the "Excel Questions" section, this section is more of a general discussion of the site and suchlike.

Maybe we should lobby to get the explanations that are underneath each forum in a bigger font size...
