I have a query set up on a master data Excel sheet to extract various columns and put the details on to a 'Timesheet' (again Excel). My problem is that the project nos are not all being pulled through. Some of them are a mixture of text and nos (eg XXX123) while others (the ones not being pulled over) are just five figure nos. Does anyone know a way around this? Thanks in advance for any help.

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
OK, sorted it (I think :)). Use text-columns on the existing data, format the column as text for any additional data added afterwards. Jeesh.
