Still Need Help

Can someone write a formula (again, last one did not work) to check two columns for a results.
=if columns A is equal to F2 and
if column B is equal to 31 then
column D
=if(a6=f2 and b6=31,d6)

=IF(AND(A6=F2,B6=31),D6,0)

which is not to be entered in A6, B6, or D6.

The formula says: When both subconditions (that is, the value in A6 being equal to the value in F2 plus the value in B6 being equal to 31) are true then the value which must appear in the cell of this formula must be the value in D6; Otherwise, when either one or both of the subconstions are false, the value which must appear in the cell of this formula must be 0.
