Cant install VBA

It say's Microsoft Excel can't access the file, and that it could be for various reasons:

. The file or path don't exist (they do).
. Another program is using the file. (?)
. The workbook you are trying to open has the same name that other opened workbook (no).


Another thing is that MsAccess does not work, when I try to open a new project it immediately say's that it need VBA so it starts a long installation process which finishes asking to restart pc. After restart it has no effect I open access again and it starts the same process.
 

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
