OK, this is a simple one and I must know the answer, just can't find it right now.

I have a massive spreadsheet, I have hidden some rows and columns and want to paste what I now have on screen to a new sheet, without all the hidden data

How ?

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Select all the cells, choose Edit|Goto|Special, check Visible cells only and click OK. Then Copy|Paste.

What if you want to paste into cells in the same visible fields in the same spreadsheet. You could do this in Excel 2003.
