workbook with code to transfer rows to main sheet works perfect until set up to share workbook

I have a workbook built that takes the last 2 rows on one sheet and transfers them to a main sheet. When I change this workbook to allow sharing it still tranfers the data but not the unmerges cells and does not transfer the formating. When I turn off sharing everything works again. Does anyone have any ideas why this would happen, and how to stop it?

There are too many potential issues with shared workbooks - including possible 'corruption.
Best to avoid using them.
