"#####" Return when formatting column sum to Currency

Hopefully someone can help (I am relatively new to Excel)
I need the sums of my columns to be formatted into currency, the problem is, after clicking the format into currency button, all the sums change into #######. Am I doing something wrong ? This is the formula I used =SUM(H3:H352).
