At work we just upgraded to 2010. Now when opening previously created 2007 files with extensive conditional formatting, the file shows an error and upon opening all conditional formatting is wiped out.

Searching has not produce any answers as of yet, but is the only solution to rebuild the conditional formatting?

Has anybody else run into this?

Hi James,

The problem, when I open the previously created 2007 workbook in the new 2010, the conditional formats are wiped out.
