Question One Identify how any chart is used to amplify the information that is developed in a spreadsheet. Question two Identify how the graphical presentation is used to tell the story created in Excel. Please can anyone help me I really need to know ASAP.

Hannah, do you have AIM, MSN, or ICQ? That would make it easier to answer your question.

For this you don't need to know Excel... what does a chart provide ? fast graphical information.

Question two... what's a "story created in Excel" ??? do you mean, historical data ?

Apparently we use charts "to explore, to present and to convince". I thought we did it because the pretty colours made us look clever)

This short article might get you started
