Hello to All!

The Budget's on Sheet1: 1,960 & 1,965 are contingent upon which Rep and Discipline are selected from drop-down menus, therefore, being that there will always be one number associated with Reading or Language Arts, I can easily extropolate those by using the formula included in this example. However, I'm looking to get creative with the sales numbers.

As you will notice in Sheet2, I've listed 3 sub-categories for both Reading and Lang Arts. I was hoping that I could somehow include a scroll bar to carry out the following: the fisrt product Ihighest value) in the list would always appear in the cell (BFD), then each time a user clicks the scroll bar, it would input that product into the cell and thus provide a new number as well...so if a user clicked twice (being that BFD is already in the cell) he would then see BFA, then BFC.

Now, if this is possible, would I need another scroll bar for Language Arts as well?

Any advice, as always, is greatly appreciated.

Take Care.

Anthony

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
By the way, it's not mandatory that it be a scroll bar...whatever works best will suit me just fine.

Anthony,

In the Forms toolbar there is a thing called a Spinner. Use the Format control/Control options (via right-click) to link the spinner to the worksheet. Use Vlookup somewhere else in your sheet to convert the numbers produced into your product codes. Then your existing VLookup will pick up the code...on you go...

Good luck,

Bruce
