I know that there is a quick key method to put the dollar sign into a formula (A1 becomes $A$1) but for the life of me I cannot remember it. Please knock me on the head. Thanks in anticipate. Mike

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Also, you can press F4 more than once and cycle through absolute references. Example:

Press F4 once, $A$1
Press F4 twice, A$1
Press F4 three times, $A1
etc.

:)
