Hello all,

Need help writing and IF OR statement.

In cell X3 I have an AUTOSUM that counts from 1-4 and I need cell Y3 to relay a comment based on what cell X3 returns,

If 1="Received"
If 2="In Progress"
If 3="Testing"
If 4="Completed"
If blank="Awaiting"

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.

Enter the below formula in Y3

=IF(X3=1,"Received",IF(X3=2,"In Progress",IF(X3=3,"Testing",IF(X3=4,"Completed","Awaiting"))))

Well, figured since I typed it I'd post it though Brian was a bit faster

=IF(X3="","Awaiting",LOOKUP(X3,{1,2,3,4},{"Received","In Progress","Testing","Completed"}))
