Chart with changing colors

Hello All,
I'm having trouble creating a chart, which the bars change colors depending on the color created by a conditional format. In other words, if the cell B7 is green, because of conditional format, then the bar will be green. I'm thinking VBA here.
Thoughts?

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
