addinag apostrophe to more then one statement?

What is the step to put an apostrophe at the front of every statement. I remember I have to highlight and go to a button but I forget which one. Please help anyone so I don’t have to type them out one by one when I test a procedure
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Make sure you have the Edit Toolbar on in the VBE. The button is called Comment Block (Turquoise and black lines).
