I have a spreadsheet with several fields (columns), and I want to put each row onto a separate label. Problem is, the labels are the size of address labels, so rather than printing out a row: Col A Col B Col C Col D

each entry needs to print out like this:
Col A
Col B
Col C Col D

in a table of entries. Is this possible? Should I give up now?

Thanks for your help

I'm not grasping your layout exactly, but with all of the formatting possibilities available within Excel, I'm most certain you can make it fit the way you want...
What does your data look like?
Thanks,

My layout now has each row as a separate 'entry', with 7 columns of data going across. I'd like to put it in a format with the first two columns on row 1, the next three on row 2, and the last two on row 3, and then have the next entry start on row 5. Basically I need to change from:
ABC
ABC

to:

A
B
C
A
B
C

so that the data is organized differently when the spreadsheet is printed.

Does this make any sense?

Sort of, but it's late...
It seems that you should be able to refer to these column on another sheet to put them in the order you need.
If you'd like, send me a sheet...
Make sure there is a clear-cut example of before and after and I'll fix it up for you.
