Can anyone tell me what formulae to use to calculate the difference between two dates in number of days, and then divide by 30 to give the number of "Periods", with value rounded to 2 decimal places in order to show the equivalent for the number of days shown as "Periods". A period will represent 30 days. Thank you.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.

Are you looking for this (where A1 contains the earlier date and A2 the later date)?

=ROUND((A2-A1)/30,2)

Sorry, but I have no experience with Pivot Tables, so I am unable to comment on your question.
