how to curse down listbox?

when clicking a listbox entry, then an ok button on the userform, a desired action is performed. So far so good. Now I want an action to be performed on the next listbox entry. So how do I get the userform to highlight the next entry down automatically so I don't have to click it manually?

I find @#$*! works for me.

Seriously could you expand your explanation, perhaps with some data?
