Hi

I understand that the HYPERLINK function only accepts upto 256 characters. Does anybody have any workarounds for this. I have various google search strings that are often longer than 256 characters and I get #VALUE error

=HYPERLINK("" - Google Search&" "&$D6&" "&$J$7&"&btnG=Google+Search",$B$4)

this is the full string
"Testing Testing 123456 Testing" Jersey Crime OR Corruption OR Allegation OR Terrorism OR "Tax Evasion" OR Sanction OR "Market Abuse" OR Litigation OR Convicted -facebook.com -twitter.com -myspace.com</SPAN>

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
