macro to open a excel file, run a different macro( the one i already have)

i have around 144 files, i need to run the same macro( the one i already have) in all of them. its very difficult to open it independently and run it. So is there any way i can create a macro to specify the location of each file and run the macro( the one i already have) ?

is that 144 spreadsheets or 144 pages in one spreadsheet?
