pivot table how to combine 2 row labels

Hi,

i am having the pivot table in the below format. my concern is how i can combine both A & AA together the source is from data connection and not from the excel.

Row Lables	sum of rank
A	26
AA	24
B	21
Grant Total	71

<tbody>
</tbody>

This is pivot table output, my request is it possible to combine A & AA together in existing pivot table


Look Like this:

Row lables	sum of rank
A or AA	50
B	21
Grant Total	71

<tbody>
</tbody>

Also looking for something similar. I would like to be able to create a new row within the pivot table that combines data from 2 other rows without changing my data fields...

A 10
B 5
C 20

C 20
A and B 15
