Where can I check that the trial versions and regular versions of Excel add-in's, which are advertised on the internet, will not damage Excel and the other programs on my computer? More specifically, the add-in's for advanced statistical analysis.
Are these Microsoft add-ins or just add-ins created by other people/companies? If it's not MS, truthfully there's probably no real way to test them, only by reputation I guess.
Hi Mark O'Brien:
When did we make a switch from Ohio to Scotland? If we would have known earlier we would have thrown a cyber-party or some thing like that.
By the way I also see the design change in your MrExcel username as well.
We have a great community of people providing Excel help here, but the hosting costs are enormous. You can help keep this site running by allowing ads on MrExcel.com.
