How to get data without using VBA

hi,
i've data as mentioned below:-

In input table i've daywise price of scrips in different columns. In the output table i want to get price as per the respective dates & scrip.

i was trying to vlookup but got stuck in defining dynamic range.

Is there a way that i can get this output without using VBA.
