I've read several posts regarding creating HTMLBody string statements for hyperlinks in the code for Outlook e-mail generation from Excel; however, most indicate spaces cannot be permitted. The goal is that in the e-mail generating, I am creating hyperlink to a filepath so that the individual can just simply open the document from the e-mail. Unfortunately the destination folder HAS spaces in it. I cannot change that fact though because it is on a shared public drive, so for those that are going to say just renamed the folder, that is not an option. So does anyone have any thoughts on the correct field notation in Word to allow me TO include a space in the filepath name?
Unfortuantely I can't post the code because it interprets the hyperlink so I'll just say the filepath name is "C:\Documents and Settings\..." where the spaces are.
