How to convert decimal time to Hours & Minutes??

What I have is range of cells that has time in the format of ##.#.

For example:

39.6 which is = to 39 hours and 36 minutes

37.8 which is = to 37 hours and 48 minutes

Is there a way in which I would be able to convert that decimal time to colon seperated time (hours:Minutes)?

I've tried formatting, and it did not work.

Help appreciated!!!

In another cell divide your decimal time by 24 and format as [h]:mm.
