Excel has started dividing by 100 every number I input. So if I input 2000 I see 20 in the cell. It happens in every cell in every worksheet including new worksheets. If I type 2000.00 I see the correct view, eg 2000, otherwise it's wrong.

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Sounds like you've got fixed decimals turned on.

Go to Tools|Option|Edit tab and see if the box next to fixed decimals is checked.
