Decimal points have been changed to Commas???

Problem in all my workbooks and any new sheets. All decimal points show up as commas. Even in the cell formatting menu, there are no decimal points, all commas. Can anybody help me with this?

You could try looking in your control panel
Regional settings....see what the decimal
symbol setup is ??
