Here's my problem, the authors of our database system are changing the architecture and have shut down many of the features that allow for easy reporting. In the meantime I am forced to import data using MS query. I would like to produce summary reports that do not duplicate rows for each lot (I do scheduling). I can search for multiple activities but when imports it, it creates a new row.
Data is in this presentation A1:A40 is Project ID col. B is Building #, C is activity # and D is Start Date. I want to put all activities across the row for a single lot. Is there code to search for matching project and bulding, then return ONLY info from D to E in the duplicate row?

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
