I finally found out where impact encore stores it's data, and it is an .idx file. Does anyone know if there a way to link a spreadsheet to this type of file and upon opening the spreadsheet have Excel update the table automatically, and sorted by say Column A (due date)? Impact is a pain to use, and they have a report writer feature but no documentaion, no web support, and no "free" user support. :devilish: I can't see spending 300 on one report that should have been included in the software package. :devilish:

Thanks for being patient with me as a beat my brain against the wall for the third day this week!!!!
