Disable Date Recognitions -Importing HTML File on Hard Drive

When I use a web query to download a web page I have an option in the advanced button to disable date recognition. That is I can import "1/2" as "1/2" and not as January 2, 20002.

How can I disable this in VBA Macro

Have you tried recording a macro while doing the Web query ? it can give you great ideas on how the code is written.
