I want to make job cards for my jewelry projects and want to be able to print them out to file them. I also want to be able to scan them back into excel to export to access. Can anyone suggest how I should go about this.

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
You may want to look at Word's mail merge for this. Mail merge will allow you to create a "form" that will then pull it's data from an db . This db could be access or excel spreadsheet.
May I suggest you goto word and read the help file on this .
