VOOKUP Problem

I have a problem with my VLOOKUp, I want to add a cotraint that if a person does not pass there exam and do not get a pass I want the 'Grade' to be PT, if the fail, but pass the exam I want the 'Grade' to show PC, ow do I do this! The following formula is what I have so far!
=IF(H6="","",VLOOKUP(H6,$N$21:$O$26,2))

You need to modify your origin table, so that any grade under "minimum" returns "GT".
