How can I prevent a spreadsheet from loosing it's links when someone duplicates it in a different area of the hard drive? This happens when someone attempts to save the data for a particular month.

Thank you.

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Open both the work book you are resaving, and also the external one that it is linked to at the same time. Then resave the original one as a new name, and your links will remain intact to the second external workbook.
