Can I insert conditional formatting in an if statement? For example if (b5>b6, b5, "out of balance") with the phrase out of balance printed bold and in red?
Just do the formula as normal, then highlight the cell and go into conditional formatting as usual. Make the condition Equal To and then just type Out Of Balance in the field and set the required format
