"IF" Formula in Excel

Hello,
I need some help please!
I am trying to create a formula in Excel 2013 that basically states, if in G2 is the text "Completed" then insert today's date in H2

This is what i have so far but it's not working!
=IF("Completed"=(J17)=TRUE,"=Today()"=(K17))

I would really appreciate the help!

bbott can this be entered by right clicking the sheet tab bottom left of screen > view code and paste it > and alt+Q out or has to be through the other route?
