Hi All

I have a line chart that displays a comission scheme for a salesperson. The commission paid (Y axis) depends on the sales generated (X axis).

Let's assume
$100 = $0 payment
$200 = $0 payment
$300 = $50 payment
$400 = $100 payment

At $299 of sales, nothing is paid. The line should therefore travel along the X axis at zero for the first three points ($100 - $300) then at $300 be vertical to the $50 payment line on the Y axis, then at some angle thereafter.

When I chart this, it appears to show that commision kicks in at $201 of sales.

If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.

Kind regards,

HappyHole

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Hi

Use a scatter chart instead.

Use for your example:

X,Y
100, 0
200, 0
300, 0
300, 50
400, 50
400, 100
