Waterfall Chart

I am having some trouble with the waterfall chart in the attached picture

[/IMG]I expected the reduction in 'Revenue' to start at the top of the 'Start' value (54,534) and drop into negative territory.

Each of the following values should then start at the top of the preceding value to finish at 'Actual/End' (33,716).

Any help would be appreciated as I thought I had these nailed!
