Hello,

Which formula I need to accomplish the below results.

I tried with
Code:
=INDEX(INC!E:E,MATCH(A2,INC!O:X,0))
but doesnt work

In your post #5 you said that ...A2 is in fact the look up value and B2:D2 are the results..., which is right.
I wasn't clear in my first post that I needed that.

Ok, thanks. Another question if I may. The sample you posted shows just one value, anycase newer two in O:X. Is your data really like that as I assumed?

Actually my data has many duplicates in O:X. But I solved that with a filter and getting only unique values. Because in this particular case I only needed the information of those unique values.
