Excel update resulted in VBA Compile error

I put together a recap for band competitions and used a filter (if 0 it hides the column) to allow for different number of school entries. Yesterday after an upload of Windows 12/11 updates, the code procedure I named "ChkTogglerows" suddenly caused a Compile error: Method or Data member not found. I was able to do a restore and stopped any Window updates, but this recap is being used by others. Other than rewriting the code is there anything that can be done?

Any suggestions? Thank you!

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
