    Default Charting question

Hi, I have a charting question.

I need to make a simple chart of Date vs Time. So Column D vs column E.

But I also need to be able to show the Traj column as different symbols based on the different values.
I also would like to be able to show the Type column as different colors.

How can I do this without going through one by one and changing them.

    Res Type Traj Date Time
    DA Inj ST 5/27/2014 36
    GA Prod NW 6/12/2014 166.5417
    DA Inj ST 6/13/2014 25.854166
    PA Inj ST 6/23/2014 25.625
    PA Inj ST 6/27/2014 31.375
    DA Inj ST 6/29/2014 38.875
    DA Prod ST 6/30/2014 53.64583
    GA Prod NW 7/3/2014 79.4375
    DA Prod ST 7/5/2014 45.9
    DA Inj ST 7/26/2014 23.125
    BA Inj ST 7/28/2014 32.791666
    BA Inj ST 8/5/2014 40.27083

    Sort you data like this:

    Excel 2010
    ABCDE
    1ResTypeTrajDateTime
    2GAProdNW12/06/2014166.5417
    3GAProdNW03/07/201479.4375
    4DAInjST27/05/201436
    5DAInjST13/06/201425.854166
    6PAInjST23/06/201425.625
    7PAInjST27/06/201431.375
    8DAInjST29/06/201438.875
    9DAInjST26/07/201423.125
    10BAInjST28/07/201432.791666
    11BAInjST05/08/201440.27083
    12DAProdST30/06/201453.64583
    13DAProdST05/07/201445.9

    Sheet1

Then have 3 series on your chart, rows 2:3, 4:11 and 12:13.

    Thanks,

I would like to find a work around so I dont have to select multiple series on my chart.
There are far to many series in my real data and I dont want to have to keep going back and forth to the chart as it is live and changing all the time.

    thanks though.
