Hello all...

I'm trying to figure out how to do this, if it can be done at all. I have a bunch of products down the first column, and dates across the top. In the middle, there are 1 word descriptions of what is going on with that product during those dates (prototype, presentation, demonstration, etc). Some cells are empty, others have one or two things going on. Looking to represent this graphically with each word having some kind of symbol associated with it (I was thinking I could use something from Wingdings if using an object isn't feasible). I thought about doing a find/replace but it didn't seem very elegant.

Has anyone done something like this before? I'm open to VBA, which I've used before (but it's been about 6 months since I really looked at much code), but not sure how to set this up.

Thanks in advance.
