Find specific word in sentence

I'm trying to see if a sentence contains a specific word (for example, "ball" ) using the following formula:

=IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("ball",A1)),"Yes","No")

where A1 contains the text to be searched.

However, it makes no distinction between the words "ball" and "balloon" , and I get a positive result for both words.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,Nigel.
