Cannot open excel file by 2x clicking it

Hi everyone,

I've upgraded a PC to Office 2013 because the user was having excel issues. Now that I've upgraded I cannot open any excel sheet by 2x clicking them. I have to open excel>File>open and get the file.

Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
