I think we're on the right track, however I should clarify that "cell1" will have other values in besides "200" / "300" so the formula will need a 'SEARCH' incorporated which picks out the "200" or "300" from the string and then returns "200" or "300" in cell2 respectively. I hope this makes sense.
An example of cell1 data is "xxxx200" or "xxxx300" or "xxxx"
so I think I'm looking for an 'IF' formula which does the following:
IF cell1 contains a string of "200" or "300", populate cell2 with "200" or "300" (whichever is found).
However If cell1 does not contain any of the above strings, populate "cell2" as 0
