What is the proper VBA syntax to check if a cell contains a hyperlink

Looking for a way to check if a cell on a worksheet has a hyperlink defined.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Id use something like this:
