hi, I have 100 devices on the network situated in zones labeled A-J giving feed back every 5 minutes for 7 classes of data each month.
now i need to work out per device if i set a target how many returns fail that target.
100 device * 7 classes * 288 returns per class * 31 days in a month = 6,249,600
i need to build a matrix and count based on a target no# how many class returns by class were greater than the target. So the example data is. device name, zone, class no#, return ID, Min , Max ,day 1 ,day 2 .....etc
device name has three alpha chars ABC then 4 random alpha chars so it looks like ABC1234 or ABC1e32
zone is listed as A-J
Class No # is 1-7
return ID is 1-288
Min is the min value for that row
Max is the Max for that row
then each day for each return has an no# between 1-100
so the matrix i can build would be A-J with a device count (completed) a target no# for each class and the count of returns over the days which are greater than the target
Can anyone suggest a countifs formula to summary the data please other wize im into Dcount territory
thanks
