making Drawing in Auto-Cad automatically based on data in excel

hi all
I need to link Auto-cad with excel to draw the geometry of tower structures in Auto-cad automatically according to data in excel.
I have done it before for sap2000 software with OAPI (Open Application progragramming Interface) with adding sap2000 as a reference in tools Menu(VB).
since sap2000 software has got special oapi.chm help_file that introduce the related functions, then it is easy to provide vb module to run sap2000 in excel.
But unfortunately I can not do the same method for Auto-Cad because I do not have oapi.chm for Auto-cad and I am not familiar with the syntax of Auto-cad functions in excel-VB.
I will appreciated to help me.
