How convert scatter plot to column bar chart (using ranges on x-axis)?

Hello-
I currently have a scatter plot that has the price paid for a car (tons of different types of cars with lots of different list and net prices) on the x-axis, and then the y-axis has the discount given on the car.

What I would like to do is convert that to a column chart where the x-axis has bars for things like:
0-10% discount
10-20% discount
etc.
90-100% discount

and then the y-axis is the count of the number of cars sold within that discount rate.

Is there an easier way to do this than use countifs to calculate the number of deals in each range.

Just didn't know if there is a faster process where Excel simply converts into ranges (where you specify the size of the range)
Thank you all!

Hi

You can insert a pivot table with the data and group the percentages in 10% bins.
