Filters Based on multiple Cells

Hi,

I have 4 rows of data that all contain numbers, each of which can be positive or negative, I am looking for a way to filter the results so it shows me any row in which not all cells are negative or positive from the 4 columns is this something that I can do?

I tried this on an advanced filter but I'm not having much luck;
