I need a row count formula that will only count the cells with a value inside of them.

Unable to release any data to show information as this is work for Wakefield City Council and I'm unable to release it due to the Data Protection Act.

Many thanks,
Muffle

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Now that I read this again if you only want to count values if they are the result of a formula then my answer would be wrong.

I need this command "=ROWS($B$2:$B$35)" to only count the cells that have values for instance 1.2 and 1.4 then a blank it would miss out that blank and count the total rows as 2 not 3.

So, you want to count the number of cells within a range that has a number?

try this:
Code:
=COUNTIF(Your range;">0")

1.1
0.6
-1.5
-1.6
1.1
0.2
2.5
-0.4
0.7
-0.3

I just want a formula to count rows but not count any missing rows not containing any values.
