Hi

Is it possible to associate (show) a picture to a number that is radomly chosen? Could this be done by macro, or just a formula within a cell. This is for display purposes in a spreadsheet

Thank you
Grant

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Hi Grant

See if this helps:

Code:
Sub ShowRandom()
Dim i%, upperv%
upperv = ActiveSheet.Pictures.Count
Static rndmzed As Boolean
If Not rndmzed Then
    Randomize
    rndmzed = True
End If
For i = 1 To upperv
    ActiveSheet.Pictures(i).Visible = 0                     ' all invisible
Next
ActiveSheet.Pictures(Int(upperv * Rnd + 1)).Visible = 1     ' show one random image
End Sub
